Requirements:

• Your dog must be at least 6 months old
• You must show that your dog is current on the following vaccines: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella
• You must provide a copy of your dog’s current vaccination record
• You must provide proof that your dog is spayed or neutered

How to Join the IndyHumane Dog Park

1. Complete and submit the Online Dog Park Application
2. Come to IndyHumane to submit payment and receive dog park key fob (fob allows you to access the dog park even when the shelter is closed. Credit card payments can be processed over the phone after submission of online applications. Acceptable methods of payment: cash or credit card
