When you join IndyHumane’s Donor Society, you become part of a special circle of visionary members who believe in the powerful bond between people and animals and in our collective role in strengthening that bond across central Indiana. 

Adoption fees do not cover the true cost of caring for an animal that comes through IndyHumane’s doors. Every program we offer — from affordable spay/neuter services that end the cycle of pet overpopulation, to the complex medical care that gives animals a thriving future — exists solely because of the generosity of donors like you. 

In addition to the impact your membership has on animals and families across our community, Donor Society members enjoy exclusive access to the people and work at the heart of IndyHumane.

2026 Donor Society Levels 
  • $1,000 — Caretaker Circle
    Caretaker Circle members provide the essential foundation that sustains the daily care, health, and well-being of every animal that comes through our doors. 

    Includes: 

    • Exclusive donor Morning Rounds e-newsletter with insider shelter updates  

    • Invitations to enjoy insider experiences at select Donor Society events   

  • $2,500 — Catalyst Circle
     Catalyst Circle members provides life-changing services such as specialized medical care that allows IndyHumane to take in animals with complex needs ensuring no animal is turned away because of the cost of their care. Includes: 

    • Private shelter experience for donor + guest  

    • Invitation to intimate events (Director’s Choice events) with senior medical and animal care staff  

    • Early and discounted PET Gala tickets 

  • $10,000 — Visionary Circle 
    Visionary Circle members shape the future of animal welfare in central Indiana. Your transformative generosity helps us create a city where every pet family has access to the resources they need and where every animal lives free from cruelty and neglect. Includes: 

    • Annual private tour of the shelter led by the CEO

    • Invitation to an exclusive annual leadership donor dinner (Chair's Dinner) 

    • Naming recognition on donor wall
