Hi, I’m Buffy! I’m a gentle girl who can be pretty scared in new situations. The world can feel a little overwhelming sometimes, so I may hide, stay quiet, or keep my distance when we first meet. I’m not trying to be unfriendly, I just need a little extra time to feel safe and learn that I can trust you.

Once I start to settle in, I’ll slowly begin to show my sweet personality. A calm home, a cozy hiding spot, and a patient family will help me build confidence at my own pace. Small gestures of kindness and understanding go a long way with a sensitive girl like me.
