Hi, I’m Bentley. I’m a very shy boy who can find the world a little overwhelming at first. New places, new sounds, and new people can make me feel nervous, so I may prefer to watch from a safe spot while I get my bearings. But please don’t mistake my quiet nature for a lack of interest. I’m just taking my time to learn that I can trust you.

With patience, kindness, and a calm home, I’ll slowly begin to come out of my shell. Every small step is a big victory for me, whether it’s accepting a gentle pet, exploring a new room, or choosing to sit a little closer to you. If you have a gentle heart and don't mind giving me the time I need, I promise to be worth the wait.

I’m also FIV positive, but that doesn’t define who I am. Cats with FIV can live long, happy, fulfilling lives with proper care and regular veterinary checkups. I have just as much love to give as any other cat, and I’m hoping to find a family who will look beyond my diagnosis and see the sweet boy I am.
