Hi, I'm Triton!
I'm a distinguished gentleman looking for a family to share my golden years with. I may have some chronic knee and hip arthritis, but don't let that fool you, I still have plenty of energy and enjoy having fun! One of my favorite things is playing fetch, and I love spending time with durable toys that can keep up with me.
I'm generally friendly when meeting new people and enjoy making new friends. I also walk fairly well on a leash and enjoy getting out to explore. However, I can be a little sensitive when meeting strangers while on leash and have shown some leash reactivity. Because of this, my future family should understand how to help me feel comfortable and avoid putting me in situations where I feel pressured to greet unfamiliar people.
At home, I'm a sweet, loving companion who enjoys spending time with my people and being part of the family. I'm looking for adopters who will appreciate my playful spirit, respect my boundaries, and help me stay comfortable as I manage my arthritis.
