Lexi

Lexi has been with us one month as of 2/21. Her name on her sheet was Lexi, and since she knows it and responds to it, we left it as her name. Plus, it kind of fits her, and it's cute. She has been an awesome addition to our family. We've noticed some things that frighten her and are conscious of them so as not to repeatedly stress her out.
 
She is housebroken, as long as we pay attention to her signals! She knows 'No,' 'Down,' 'Sit,' 'Stay,' 'Go Outside,' 'Go Bye Bye,' and I have taught her 'No Kitty' for when she's antagonizing the cat. I have high hopes that they will be friends eventually.
 
She loves to be hugged and loves to play. She is our first shelter dog and it's been great. We love her like crazy, and I think she's getting comfortable with us as well!
