Link, formerly Zoomie, came home with us from IndyHumane in early October. A beautiful little Cocker Spaniel, he was recovering nicely at IndyHumane from a hardship-filled youth; he was a stray for a while before he was found and surrendered to the shelter. He was not a good fit for his first adoptive family, being so bouncy and full of hyper-energy, but he is perfect for our family, who is also bouncy and full of hyper-energy!

By the time we met him, he was groomed and medically sound, but so very thin at 15 pounds. Today, he is a bouncing, 24 pound, affectionate young dog. Our sons re-named him Link after one of their favorite video game heros. He is a hunting dog at heart, and wishes he could chase the squirrels in our neighborhood who tease him mercilessly. He is best friends with our 2 year old Spaniel Mix, Nate, and they make a great pair!
