My dog and I are celebrating our 2 year anniversary on January 10th. Here is our story:

On January 10th, 2015, I met the love of my life, Leo (formerly Ferret) at the Humane Society of Indianapolis. Confiscated for neglect, he had a few weeks of medical treatment to go before he would be available for adoption – but I knew he was worth the wait. Over the past two years, Leo has helped me survive law school and the bar exam, he's dried my tears from break ups, and has been the best all around confidant and little spoon. His “happy dance” when it's time for breakfast starts every single one of my days with a smile. I'm so incredibly thankful for the Humane Society of Indianapolis for giving me the opportunity to meet my best friend, who needed me just as much as I needed him.
