The Happiest Update from the Stickiest boy, Charlie!
September 16, 2019 | Happy Tails, “Hey IndyHumane, I wanted to send along some pictures of “Good Time Charlie” as he’s often referred to now. But at home he usually just goes by Chuckie. He enjoys long walks on the canal, singing at bunnies, Kongs with peanut butter, sitting on his special window watching chair, and snuggling with mom.
Since he came home with me, he’s visited Peoria, IL (my hometown) and got to see what it would be like to be a city dog during a quick weekend trip to Chicago to visit my sister. In addition, he made a best friend named Evvy and they love to run around the apartment and play tug of war with their toys.
I call him a sticky boy – because he sticks to me like glue and follows me around the apartment to make sure that I’m good at all times. I really can’t thank IndyHumane enough for introducing me to my best friend.
I had major spinal surgery 2 years ago and have had complications with it ever since. Since getting Chuck in June, my life has completely changed. Not only have the daily walks been his favorite part of the day but they’ve also truly helped me to become a healthier version of myself.
Again, Thank you for introducing me to the cutest, stickiest beagle baby. Chuckie boy is forever thankful that you guys took such amazing care of him during his time at IndyHumane.”
