it's nice to meet you!

Hi I'm Queen, and I am a sensitive girl looking for a quieter home where I can get lots of love and attention from my new family while I work on building my confidence! I can be overwhelmed in new situations or with a lot going on around me, so I will need a patient adopter who will take things slowly with me, building a bond using lots of praise and treats. Once I'm comfortable I am very people-oriented and love to be close, so it would be amazing if I went to a home where I would be allowed on furniture and in laps for lots of cuddle time! Since I am so sensitive, I am not going to be a good fit for a home with active young children, but may do alright with older, more easygoing and dog-savvy kids. I might pair well with another social dog who will give me a bit of time and space to get comfortable before engaging in play. I am also currently living in a foster home and getting along well with their resident cat!
