it's nice to meet you!
If you're in need of the sweetest, sensitive boy, then look no further than Seth! Seth is a loving cat who is looking for an adopter who can give him lots of TLC in a quiet home. He adores petting once he's had some time to settle in, and he'll for sure be your best buddy! When he came to IndyHumane, Seth had an episode of urinary blockage which required a surgery called a perineal urethrostomy to correct. While the surgery corrected his blockage, Seth may be more prone to developing bladder infections in the future. To keep him healthy, is important that Seth be seen by a veterinarian every 6-12 months. Along with regular vet visits, Seth's adopter can provide him with a water fountain to encourage him to drink, feed him high-quality canned food, and keep his stress levels low! Keeping his home environment calm, low-traffic, quiet, and stable will help reduce his stress levels. The energy of an family setting or the presence of other playful pets might be overwhelming for Seth. At the shelter, Seth seems stressed by the presence of other cats. He might do best in a home without them. Seth should do well in a quieter household that can pay close attention to his litterbox habits.
