VACCINATIONS:

• • Rabies: $15
    • 3 lbs/12 weeks or older only. Vaccination required by Indiana state law.
  • FVRCP/3-in-1 Vaccine: $15
    • Covers Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia, 3 major environmental diseases in cats.
  • Feline Leukemia (FeLV): $15
    • Recommended for cats who spend any time outdoors or who may interact with cats with an unknown history.

TESTING:

• Feline Leukemia (FeLV)/Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) Test: $20
  • Recommended for cats/kittens with unknown history. Takes 10 minutes.
• Pre-Op blood work: $40
• Basic fecal testing: $25
  • Basic fecal + giardia: $35

PARASITE CONTROL:

• Dewormer – Recommended for cats with unknown history, kittens under 4 months, or cats/kittens presenting worms in droppings.
  • Strongid – Hookworm and Roundworm: $5
  • Drontal – Hookworm, Roundworm, Whipworm, and Tapeworm: $20
• Flea, Tick, and Heartworm Control
  • Seresto flea collar: $55
    Works for up to 8 continuous months; non-greasy, odorless, water-resistant; no prescription needed.
    For cats & kittens 10 weeks of age and older.  Protects against:  Fleas, ticks, and flea larvae
  • Capstar – kills adult fleas only for 24 hours (single dose): $8
  • Frontline Gold Topical (single dose): $20
  • Frontline Gold Topical (3 months): $50
  • Revolution (single dose): $20
  • Revolution (3 months): $50
    • Prescription needed; for surgery patients or cats who have been seen in our clinics within the last year.

  • Anal gland expression: $20*
    *Only available in addition to vaccine, microchipping, or test services. Must present current rabies certificate (not tags) for these services
  • A $10 exam fee will apply for all animals more than 6 months of age who are not spayed or neutered. This fee will be waived for all dogs and cats who are spayed/neutered.
    • This fee can be applied toward your spay/neuter procedure should you schedule one within 1 year.

    • Kennel Cough. Recommend for dogs who visit grooming, daycare or boarding facilities, dog parks, etc.
    • Required by many facilities.
  • Leptospirosis: $15
    • Spiral bacteria contracted from wildlife that can cause fevers, liver/kidney failure, and can be transmitted to humans.
    • Required by many dog parks, daycare or boarding facilities.
  • Influenza: $20
    • Bivalent Canine Flu. Recommended if your dog goes to events, dog shows, or other places with many dogs.
    • Required by many daycare or boarding facilities.
  • Lyme: $20
    • Prevents Lyme Disease, passed by ticks. Recommended if you find any ticks on your dog.

  • For dogs 6 months and older. Annual testing is required to purchase heartworm preventative.
  • Heartworms are transmitted by mosquito bites year-round. It is common in Indiana and is fatal.
