Boss, Rottweiler mix who loves the dog park

Posted Thu. 2/11/2010

Boss, a young Rottweiler mix, arrived at the Humane Society of Indianapolis after spending several months in other shelters. We were excited to meet her because we already had a one-eyed dog at home (he came to us that way at adoption) and thought that a one-eyed cat might fit in great in our house. We were even more thrilled when we opened her cage door to pet her and she was purring, rolling over on her back and making biscuits in the adoption lobby with all the people and dogs walking by.
