Nora and Rose

Rose is a domestic shorthair that my husband and I rescued from IndyHumane almost 3 years ago. We are biased, but she is the sweetest cat in the world… Her favorite activities are snuggling with us, sleeping at the foot of our bed, laying in sunbeams, and getting as many belly rubs as possible! She loves all people and has begrudgingly befriended our recently adopted pup, Nora.    

My husband and I adopted Nora from IndyHumane last summer and she has been such a wonderful addition to our home! Nora loves absolutely every person, dog, or other creature she meets and everyone seems to love her in return! When she's not inside cuddling on the couch or chasing the kitty, Nora loves to go to the park, play with friends at daycare, and jump around in the snow. She graduated from puppy classes last summer and among other things, mastered "sit", "lay down", and "stay", as well as "left paw" and "right paw."
 
Rose and Nora have brought so much happiness into our lives! We can't remember what it was like before we had these two crazy girls around and we wouldn't have it any other way. We have had such good experiences with pet adoption and we highly recommend anyone looking for a pet to go to IndyHumane first! Someday when we have a larger home we will be back to take in a couple more adorable furballs!
