CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Do you love to work with people and animals? HSI is currently accepting applications for a customer service representative. As a customer service representative you would be responsible for helping match adopters with appropriate animals consistent with our policies, procedures, beliefs and mission. You will be responsible for completing paperwork for adoptions, pet park, and other needs promptly and accurately. You will also be responsible for encouraging sales from the pet shop and donations from the public. Be ready and able to clean in the shelter as a team before we open for adoptions. Animal handling experience or sales experience is a plus. Experience with computers and word processing is required. Exceptional customer service skills required as you will be the face of the shelter to the community.
